Is the property open for events now?

We are taking inquiries now. Tell us your date and we will tell you plainly what will be finished by then, and what will not.

Can we hold the ceremony and the reception here?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The meadow for the ceremony, the lawn for dinner and dancing, the house and grounds in between. Reception-only days work too.

Question 3

How many guests can you host?

That depends on the layout and the tent, and we would rather answer it for your list than post a number. Send the count in your inquiry and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Question 4

Do you provide the tent, furniture or catering?

Tents, furniture, catering and bar service are brought in for each event by vendors of your choosing. We walk them through the property beforehand.

Question 5

Can we come and see it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send the form and we will arrange a walk of the grounds, including the honest tour of what is finished and what is planned.

Question 6

Where do guests stay?

Accepted Answer

Grass Valley and Nevada City have inns, small hotels and rentals nearby. The property is not a hotel.
