What we collect, and what we do with it.
The inquiry form asks for the occasion, a preferred date, a rough guest count, the parts of the property that interest you, your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and a short note.
When you send the form, your answers go to Gates Place as an email. That email is delivered by Resend, a transactional email service, which keeps its own record of each message under its own retention policy.
The list asks for an email address only. It is kept as a contact with Resend until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, and it is used for occasional notes about the property and for nothing else. Every note we send tells you how to leave the list.
Nothing is stored on this website. There is no database, no account and no copy of your inquiry or of the list here. A bot check from our hosting platform runs in your browser when you send, to keep automated submissions out of the inbox.
We run no analytics and set no cookies of our own.
We use your answers to reply to your inquiry, and for nothing else. We do not sell them.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry or your address deleted, write to gatesplacegardens@blynk.studio. We delete the email by hand.
